Q: No: 01: a) What do you mean by spinal shock? Write classification & clinical features spinal cord injury.

b) Due to spinal cord injury a 35 years young man had lost his luscles power of upper extremities where muscle power is 1. What is the diagnosis & total physiotherapy management for this patient.

c) Write cause, clinical features, conformity test & total physiotherapy management of sciatica patient.

d) Write short notes on: i) Tabes dorsalise ii) Neuro plasticity

Q: No: 02: a) Discuss abnormal neonatal signs.

b) Write normal human development in the first to fifth year.

c) Pathological changes and principle of pre and post operative management by physiotherapy of surgical interventions in traumatic head injuries.

d) Write short notes on: i) Wilson’s disease ii) Glasgow coma scale

Q: No: 03: a) What is spina bifida? Write down the types, clinical features & physiotherapy management of spina bifida.

b) Discuss pathology, diagnosis & physiotherapy management of Bell’s palsy.

c) What are the causes, clinical features and physiotherapy management of a Parkinsonism?

d) Write short notes on i) Down syndrome ii) Cranial nerve lesion

Q: No: 04: a) Write the complications and physiotherapy management of stroke patient in ICU, acute and chronic stage.

b) What do you mean by motor control? Write types, causes, clinical features, conformity test & physiotherapy management of motor neuron disease.

c) Write risk factors of stroke and physiotherapy management of a Gullian Barre syndrome.

d) Write short notes on: i) Peripheral nerve lesion ii) Transvers myelitis
