Q: No: 04: What do you mean by posture? Which factors are responsible for good and poor Posture? Describe postural mechanism.

Q: No: 05: What is group action of muscle? Describe the different group action of muscle with examples.

  3. Type-I and type-II muscle fibre
  4. Muscle insufficiency
